PERMITTED USES:
Creating Your Own Products: You may use our templates as a basis for developing your own unique digital products, such as ebooks, guides, workbooks, checklists, and resource sheets. You may modify and adapt these templates to align with your brand and cater to your audience's needs.
Selling Your Creations: You are permitted to resell the digital products (only ebooks, guides, workbooks, checklists, and resource sheets.). However, you cannot resell or redistribute the original Thrive Nutrition Content Studio editable templates themselves, even with modifications. Final products have to be in PDF,printable or PNG format.
Guides and Ebooks (PLR: Private Label Rights): Guides and ebooks are designated as "Private Label Rights" (PLR). Purchasers of PLR materials are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to modify, adapt, rebrand, and resell the PLR content as their own. The end product may not be in editable format and has to be distributed in PDF, printable or PNG format only.
All Other Materials: All other materials, including, but not limited to templates (branding tools, intake forms, social media templates, email marketing templates, etc.), remain the sole property of Thrive Nutrition Studio. These materials are not to be resold. Purchasers of templates and non-PLR materials may use these materials for their own personal or business purposes.
Resale or Distribution of Non-PLR Materials: Reselling, redistributing, sub-licensing, or otherwise transferring non-PLR materials to any third party is strictly prohibited.
Claim of Ownership: Claiming original ownership of any Thrive Nutrition Studio materials, including PLR materials, is strictly prohibited.
Use of Thrive Nutrition Studio Branding: Using Thrive Nutrition Studio's logo, listing descriptions, pictures or any other branded materials in association with any distributed templates, including PLR materials, without express written permission is strictly prohibited and will be claimed as Copyright.
Sharing and Transfer: Your membership and access to the Thrive Nutrition Content Studio are non-transferable and cannot be shared with any other individual or entity. Each person or business utilizing our templates requires their own separate purchase or membership.
If one or more of the above is true, the use is “Commercial.” Personal use is a use that is only for personal purposes.

What can I edit in the templates?
Our templates are fully customizable.
You can edit:
- Text: Content, font, size, color, alignment
- Images: Replace with your own or choose from Canva's library
- Colors: Adjust to match your brand or preference
- Layout: Rearrange, resize, or add elements
- Branding: Insert your logo, watermark, or other brand elements
Please note we recommend Canva Pro to get the best use out of editing the templates.
Do you offer the templates in other languages?
We do not currently offer the templates in other languages, however Canva provides a translate tool in their app that automatically translates the text in our templates to any language you need. We have members from all over the world using the templates.
Can I resell these templates?
No, you cannot resell our templates as your own. The only exception is the ebook guides, which can be resold under the following conditions:
- The ebook guides must be in PDF format.
- The content of the ebook guides must not be editable by the end-user.
Please note that reselling any other templates, such as those for social media posts, presentations, or other designs, is strictly prohibited.
We put a lot of effort into creating these templates, and allowing them to be resold would be unfair to our business and our customers. If you're interested in reselling digital products, we recommend exploring the ebook guides we offer.
By providing them in a secure, non-editable PDF format, you can ensure that the content remains intact while still being able to offer a valuable product to your audience.
