Templates such as branding tools, intake forms, social media designs, email templates, and any editable Canva files cannot be resold or redistributed under any circumstances.

PLR guides and ebooks include Private Label Rights. You can modify, rebrand, and resell them as your own as long as the final version is not editable and is delivered only as a PDF, printable, or PNG. You cannot sell any guides that have personal license use, example: the Income Stream guide.

Yes. You can fully customize the templates for your own business needs. You just can’t claim the original designs as your own or distribute the editable Canva versions.

Yes. You’re allowed to use the templates within your business to create client resources or materials. You just can’t give clients the editable files.

No. Thrive Nutrition Studio’s logo, listing descriptions, product photos, or branded materials can’t be used in your own products or marketing unless you have written permission.

No. Member access and all template downloads are non-transferable. If someone else in your business or team needs access, they’ll need to purchase their own products.
